Please be advised this is the Institute for Cultural Change Cancellation Policy for all organizational events.
Due to our administrative costs for hosting events, full refunds cannot be made.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to event start date - you will receive back your registration fee minus ICC Administrative fee of $25.00.
Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to event start date – you will receive %50 refund of total event fee.
Cancellations made 14 days prior to event date - there will be no refunds made for these cancellations. The reason for this policy is that ICC must pay for facility rental, catering and food, transportation and administrative costs even though you may not be able to attend the event.
Transfer fees: You may chose to transfer a fee for an event that you registered for and cannot attend to another event of your choosing.
We hope that you can attend the events you have registered for, as we look forward to your participation and getting to know you. However, we do know things come up and you may not always be able to attend the event. We also know that you understand our costs in operating a nonprofit organization.
Your fees are tax deductible under IRS rules and regulations for nonprofit organizations.
Thank you for your participation and if you cannot make an event, we hope to have you join us next time.
